Return Policy      /       Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. There will be no cancellations after 24 hours has passed. If an order has started processing before the 24 hour period, there is no way to cancel the order. Processing is between 2 to 5 business days (Saturday and Sunday not included). Pre-orders are NOT able to be cancelled due to being ordered upon purchase. Pre-orders are processed within 2-4 weeks depending on the item. Pre-order items have a (P) in title.

 

Please ensure that you want the item before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience. Once an order has been cancelled, it could take up to 7-10 business days before the money is back on your form of payment. Once sent, official time is not up to YHF, it does depend on your bank. Any refunds will take up to 7-10 business days to be returned to you.

 

If an item is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the current shipping fee to receive item back. Item will not be re-shipped until payment is received. You are not able to cancel an item that has been returned to us for an error caused by you. Insufficient address, etc. If you choose pickup at checkout and are unable to complete the pickup process, you will need to pay shipping before item can be shipped out. Orders selected as pickup cannot be canceled due to shipping fees. Please pay shipping so we can get the item to you in a timely manner. Any giveaway items will be up to you to pay the shipping fees. 

 

ALL SALES FINAL! Unfortunately, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS or REFUNDS at this time. Please ensure that all purchases are to your satisfaction before placing your order. We provide sizing, details and images of all items on our site. We are NOT responsible for items once they are shipped. Shipping can be 2-3 days. All items are insured and should be taken up with the shipping company. Shipping charges are never refundable no matter the situation. If an item was shipped with free shipping, shipping will be deducted for any store credit/refunds issued.

 

Store credit is always considered depending on the situation. Exchanges are offered under certain circumstances, as well. Exchanges must be unworn, tagged, and untampered with. Must be in original condition and must contact for exchange within 2 days of receiving item.
